I m ttc girl. I m taking these supplements
Cal mag folic acid b12 b6
Crystsl lite aspirin sawpalmento vitex
Dh
Licorice and cranberry cal mag
I m thinking of cut off of 4 days or 0+12
I m not sure still
Thinking of doing TBM but i m worried it will kill sperms. Please any tips welcome thanks a lot🙏🏻🙏🏻👍👍

Tbm is turkey baster method in which you take dh sperms and put lime in it to make it ph of 4.5 and insert into u with diva cup

Most current girl swayers here on Gender Dreaming are doing:

* LE diet for at least 12 weeks before attempt which is 1500-1800 calories, 40-50g protein, and 30-60g fat a day.
* Skipping breakfast.
* No snacking.
* Fiber supplement with meals.
* 60 minutes of cardio daily OR nothing at all.
* 1 attempt in fertile window (by BD every 4 days OR by BD once at +opk)
* Folic acid or folate only.
* Clomid if you can get it.
* Alcohol and caffeine daily.
* Olive leaf extract for DH.
* Licorice root for DH (only if under 35 years old with no blood pressure issues).

Most have stopped doing antihistamines, Rephresh/Replens/Sylk, jump and dump, PH stuff, saw palmetto, and even vitex as they don't seem to sway much and only make conception harder.

Ah. Definitely would drop the TBM...

As Esence was saying, this is the way girls are getting the best results. Clomid should only be taken under a doctor's supervision...

Hmm i guess i was following IG. I cant have clomid as my dr wont prescribe it

I personally do not believe in Ca./mag for a girl and I got my 4th boy taking tons. But I leave that up to you guys to decide.

B12 and B6 have swayed STRONGLY blue for us and I would avoid.

I have dropped aspirin for DW because of side effects and disappointing results but it's up to you

DO NOT do a cutoff of 4 days and O+12, you have no chance of conception that way. I would have ONLY ONE attempt some time between O-3 and O-1.
