stop EPO 2 days BEFORE O, not after

Not a fan of ginseng for DH

No need for cold shower for DH. Heat is harmful, cold does nothing. Cold cannot undo heat.

I would actually recommend you drop banana and potato because they are lower in nutrients and have colorful fruit/veg instead like apricot or blueberries, and yams or beetroot or avocado or dark green leafy lettuce/spinach. you can have them if you want, just that it's not the best way to "spend" calories. You can get plenty of potassium from more nutritious foods (for less calories!)

Salt is not a magic blue bullet at all and in large doses may even sway pink for some. I recommend using salt to taste only (you'll still be getting plenty) and I'd keep the canned soup to sensible amounts. There is next to no protein in most canned soups so you're getting nothing but salt.

B12 should be in prenatal. Coq is fine, I'd stick with 50-100 for you and DH

Thank you! I'm not sure about robitussum or epo now as I'm not sure when I ovulate etc! Don't think I'm very regular with cycles and ovulation! xx

Skip EPO then, that's fine. IF not taking EPO you can cut fish oil to 500

Robi is very forgiving so it's fine to take it for longer. You can start after AF ends and stop when you're pretty sure you Oed.

I agree with Atomic about the fruits and veggies. I found that bananas and potatoes added too many calories and I was going over which would lead to too much weight gain. I was so happy to get away from the old swaying diet, it was too restrictive and now that I look back, it's soooo unhealthy. Salt on everything and no dairy, I'm glad I stopped that.

I have found myself putting on weight already as I was used to eating fish, salads and chicken stir frys and now eating. All this meat and potatoes is awful! Will try and stick to sweet pot etc! Do you think once you are pregnant it's ok to go back to y old diet (if it was a boy?) I'm not even pregnant but just a thought I have! I have also recently stopped bf so I think that's another reason for the recent weight gain.... it's all on my middle [emoji85] my husband is also putting on weight!! where are you in your baby plan quinn31? Good luck to you xx

I know atomic said you shouldn't rely on smoothies as a source of protein but we use all clean and organic ingredients so I'm okay with it as a snack each day.

I've gained some weight but I'm working hard to eat smarter. I don't eat any potatoes. I mainly focus on having carbs and protein with every meal plus lots of fruits and vegetables. There's no specific foods you need to eat.

I've heard you shouldn't stop eating that way so you can sustain the pregnancy and to nourish a boy. Just try to eat about 2000 calories. I use my fitness pal app to track my calories and nutrients.

If you're gaining weight the first thing to do is drop potatoes, bread, rice, pasta if you are eating htem and get carbs from fruit and veg instead. Drop the fruit juices too if doing those.

YOu do still need to eat more in pregnancy, no crash diets or suddenly restricting food intake. You can cut back some from the HE Diet but just don't go overboard.

Smoothies are ok but watch out for the ones with lots of soy.
