Wondering if that is the nub or part of something else. If it's the nub I'd say girl. Do you have any others?

No others sorry!
During the scan I saw definite boy looking nub and flat parallel nub - then one look of see a definite protusion between legs on potty shot then not at all!
Thought I was more clued up but the uncertainty has made me obsess a bit! X
