Hi, has anyone heard of or used: Gender Selection Centers | The Fertility Institutes uses PGD for virtually 100% gender selection guarantee (http://www.fertility-docs.com/programs-and-services/gender-selection/select-the-gender-of-your-baby-using-pgd.php?) They're one of the few that come out and say they do gender balancing. Most websites skate around the issue. I just stumbled upon them in a Google search.

Based on my location, I was also recommended the Sher Fertility clinic.

Trying to figure out where to start my quest!

I'm also trying to understand success rates of IVF/PGD for a fertile couple. Does it just differ by clinic?

Any advice on where to start is appreciated. I'm a long ways away from doing this; just starting to research the reality of it all.

Not sure where you are located but their success rates are not that great. https://www.sartcorsonline.com/rptCSR_PublicMultYear.aspx?ClinicPKID=2375

There are plenty of clinics that offer GS. Sher is a good one.

Wow, they really tout themselves as successful. My general takeaway from that chart is that it's generally 36-45% success rate for live births. Not sure what the average success rate is, or how that compares.

Also, is it reliable to compare clinics this way? Don't some clinics only accept certain qualified couples, while others may accept everyone (therefore, having lower success rates)?

Regardless, Sher makes sense for me, because I'm in Texas.

I would look for 50% or higher live birth rate.

It's really rare for clinics not to take people and they take everyone. Dr Potter has way better success rates if you are traveling to California. Cheaper too.
