I was a big meat eater so I cut back to meat only about 4 times a week.

I lost about 8 pounds in 8 weeks

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I really stuck to the diet. I also had a really light period prior to the attempt and that is unusual for me. I think my body was definitely noticing a change.
