Hello All,

This is my first post on here, I had a MC :broken: back in July & just had my first AF. I'm now CD8 I've taken Soy Isoflavones to help with egg quality & I ovulate very late in my cycle usually around CD25-CD30 & have 12 day LP.

I already have 2 boys & would love to finish our family off with a little girl, I know its probably a bit late with diet to help on this cycle so what is the main sway things I can try for this cycle, I get confused with googling it as so many conflicting stories on what to try! If we have another boy I'd be totally over the moon but if I can try to sway would be great.

Any help gratefully received.

Good luck to all with your sways.

Welcome :). Sorry to hear about your miscarriage :(. You might as well start the diet if you can because if you don't get pregnant this cycle then you will have a good 4 or 5 weeks on it for next cycle. Add fiber before any meals that contains fat and I guess you are already taking folic acid? If you are taking a prenatal wean off and just take folic acid/folate.
Most people are using OPK's and having just one attempt when you get a positive. Use protection in the meantime.
All the best for this cycle :). I hope you get pregnant quickly with your little pink princess xx

Hi and welcome!

The most important thing at this stage of the game is to stick with one attempt. Don't do more than one attempt in your fertile window. For reasons we don't understand, having just one attempt (regardless of timing or any other factor) is getting great results for us!

So sorry for your loss.
