Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Cut processed sugar out of my diet and ate a more balanced whole food diet. Ate red meat (venison) most days. Lemon water every morning and coconut water in the afternoon.

Made sure it was fun! Also made an effort to have regular DTD sessions outside of fertile window.

A little bag of 'Blue baby dust' under our bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Diet and supps.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Exercise and lack of weights. Finding the time to fit it all in was stressful, so sadly the exercise aspect got neglected.
Things worth mentioning:
Having a few trial months OPK testing prior really helped, truly got to know how my cycle worked and realised my last sway (fail) was down to poor information (shettles) and lack of knowledge about my body.
