I think I'm preggo but the line is soooooooo faint. I'm going to maybe take a digital tomorrow! If I am, this means I conceived 4 days before I ovulated! I was doing every 4 days and ovulated on the 4th day and DH wasn't home. Just praying that my sway was good. I probably ate closer to 50-60 grams of both protein/fat a day but I love food!

Is it safe for me to still drink my iced coffee in the morning and then just do the two meals a day like I've been doing? I'm so used to it and I'm trying to have a smaller baby. Also planning on keeping my cardio up. I'm going to make sure I take my folate but I'm skipping the pre nats this time. I think I eat too healthy and had big babies because of over nutrition.

I think that's fine for you to do in the first trimester...... Although I wouldn't skip your prenatal.... Congrats!!!

Unfortunately, I'm a small person and weigh 110 pounds. Both my kids were over 9 pounds and my second one had a bad case of shoulder dystocia. I'm just aiming to avoid that.

You had big babies because that is just what your body makes. Please don't try to eat less or not take vitamins to influence baby's size, it won't work and it isn't healthy. I'm also small and make big babies (first was 10 pounds) and honestly if you are really worried I think the best would be to schedule a c-section or induction at 39 weeks or as early as your Doctor feels comfortable with.
