I m on 1200 cal diet from last 6 weeks. I m eating less sodium. 45 g protein. No read meat at all.
I was taking cranberry cal mag saw palemto vitex but stopped everything except cal mag from AF.
I took clomid 50 mg cd3-5 and i m taking folic acid 1mg
Today is my cd9.
I m dtd every four day from last day of my Af. Planning on dtd once on fertile days.
Atomic do you have any tips or should i take something b4 dtd
Girls any tip will b appreciated. I m getting nervous.
I was 113 lbs 6 weeks ago. Now i m weighing 107lbs. I was actually starving first couple if weeks until atomic told me to increase intake.
I m going to fast two days from tom(not for swaying)i hope it wont hurt my sway?
DH is not on board on diet at all. He is only taking cranberry three weeks ago thts it. I m afraid to give him LR as hes 41 and doesnt want to hurt my chance to get preg
Bmi is 19
I conceived my boys when i was 108 lbs but i was eating very boys friendly diet.
I m skipping breakfast as well
Any thing else i should keep in mind or should add?help will b highly appreciated

Don't lose any more weight - I think it's better if you up your calories a little so you're maintaining weight as your BMI is low (1200 should only be once in a blue moon, should ideally be on 1500-1800). You also need to decide whether you're going to DTD every 4 days OR once on positive OPK, I wouldn't mix the two. x
Hoping Atomic pops by for any other information...

Is there anything i should add to supp. Can i take nyquil on day of dtd.
Dh cant abstain as hes 41. So should i dtd every 4 th day with condom n make one attempt on positive opk in fertile window. I m confused hun. I m sorry for so many qs
I m taking cal mag. Should i drop it.

You dtd every 4 days unprotected, or once on positive opk, not both. So you would dtd cd 9, 13, 17, 21 etc. No condoms necessary.
If you do opk's you'd let him release on his own every 2-4 days and have a single attempt with you when you get the positive opk.
If you're on clomid don't add any more supplements. Diet, exercise, single attempt and clomid is plenty.

Othanks hun. No exercise for me here. I m harding walking now a day my kids to school. No energy. Seems like i m dying without snacking n breakfast.
I snack a lot normally. So its hard for me.
I have not been active since le diet
But i ll take a note about dtd. I m getting anxious about a thought of bding.

Nothing else with clomid. When you're on clomid it's a strong pink sway on its own and you don't want to be on it very long so getting pg quickly is key.
All foods are allowed LE as long as it's within the limit. 1500-1800 calories, 40g protein and 30g fat MINIMUM. Anything less is dangerous for fertility. If you're always tired, you may need to add an iron supplement or increase calories. You shouldn't be exhausted from the diet.

The minimum fat and protein are just as important as the minimum calories. You need a certain amount of fat and protein to fuel your muscles (including your heart) and your reproductive system. If you aren't meeting those minimums, you may not ovulate or be able to stay pregnant.

I think I covered most of these q's in another thread but please let me know if I didn't.
I would not have you do Zyrtec, nyquil, or anything like that because you took Clomid.
There are no magic foods. It is the overall nutrient intake of your diet that matters and not "magic foods"

The minimum limits of LE Diet are actually MORE important than the maximum. DO NOT drop below the minimums recommended. That is for your health and well-being and the ability for you to get and stay pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.
1200 cals is the absolute LOWEST I ever recommend. I very much prefer that 98% of everyone is at 1500-1800 cals. The only people who should be at 1200-1500 are those who are very petite and usually only eat 1500 cals and have gotten boys doing that, people who have more than 50 lbs to lose, and anyone who has plateaued at 1500-1800 cals can drop lower for a short time period if they still have a significant amount of weight to spare (like more than 10 lbs)
I really, really, really do not recommend that anyone start off at 1200. You have nowhere to go from there. Start off higher than you think you need and then you can always go lower than that in time. 1200, you have no wiggle room once you start off there. Lower than 1200 is not safe and not allowed, and increasing cals may sway somewhat blue so please start off at the highest possible level (evn 1800-2000 if you are very tall, exercising a lot, and or are breastfeeding) and then you can always reduce cal intake over time.

I was petite with my sons b4 conceiving. Always been 105 to 110 lbs.
i itried going to 1200 cal to lower my weight.
I m 5.4 and not active at all. I usually eat 1500-2000 cal b4 swaying. But i was on high fat diet n protein diet mostly my life.
I tried to cut down my eggs and meat from last 6 weeks. I m big egg eater. Now i m taking only one or two in a week.

I'm 5-4 too and like I said - I only lost 3 lbs and weighed over 120 lbs. You can do this! YOu're doing great, just keep doing what you are doing and don't worry about losing any more weight.

Atomic i m just weird even after clomid. I m not dry at all. Since two three days i m wet down there tmi. I get a lot watery natural lubricant. I hope its not bad.

I got y 4th boy with no EWCM and my girl with some. I don't think the CM thing is all it is cracked up to be.

I also still had a fair bit of ewcm on clomid - particularly around O, but after a few cycles it did change slightly.
