Well except for maybe some lazy version of Shettles for my second pregnancy!
I'm 28 and my DH is 30, we have two boys ages 4 years and 10 months. We're planning on ttc sometime after the first of the year, probably in April, and we're very interested in all of these new techniques. We both really want a little girl and we're hoping that the third time will be a charm!
With our second we did a 4-5 day cutoff, missionary, abstinence(not intentional), and no O for me. At the time we didn't know anything about PH, diet, hormones, etc. We both want to give it our best shot, but I think we're both still trying to make sense of all this new information and decide what sounds the most reasonable to us!
