LE meal ideas please?

Hello, I wonder if any of you could let me know some staple meal ideas please? For lunch I am having a sandwich of some description. It's more tea I am struggling with! I have fallen off the wagon this weekend so want to get back on it today!! [emoji123] So far ive mainly had pasta with passata but it has onion and garlic in which ive read needs to be avoided if poss?

Brill, thankyou. Veggie burgers totally didn't think of them! Am so sick of pasta right now! And english muffins are my fave!

Oh and about onions and garlic - they probably don't sway much if at all, some people want to avoid every food that has ever been thought to raise testosterone so they want to avoid them, but many of us do eat them and still get girls that way.
