Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I gained 10 pounds !!! 110 lbs to 120 lbs
I was underweight and have always been, food is just not my thing. So 120 lbs is the heaviest non-pregnant weight I have ever had and best of all it wasn't fat ! even my husband remarked on the muscle mass I had gained.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
From May 1st to June 18 th. Then a 4 week partial break. Then back on from July 17th till now
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He eats what I cook so technically his diet changed as well, He did cheat now and then with a Soda but he was otherwise quite supportive.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day

I drink English breakfast tea with whole milk with breakfast

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
went from an 110 lbs (and this 110 lbs was my weight in the postpartum period, I had just miscarried a 12 week pregnancy 3 weeks prior) to 120 lbs on day of attempt
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Did weights (both upper and lower extremities and abs exercises) mainly every other day and a bit of cardio. Prior to sway I had a sedentary lifestyle.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
My whole lifestyle was different this time around it is as if I am a new person, did things that I have never done before with any of my previous pregnancies. I was actually doing shettles last 2 times since I had never ever heard of any other sway technique along with eating low calorie diet, skipping meals often and absolutely no exercise.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I sometimes find it hard to believe that just simple lifestyle and diet changes can help Increase my chances, there were times during the sway that i felt like saying "O why bother" but i guess we will see !
Also the fact that once in a while there would come a day or two when i would be crazy busy at my work shift and could not get in all the calories and exercise I planned to for that day.
Things worth mentioning:
"I cant change the direction of the wind
but I can adjust my sails to reach my destination"
