Is there a possibility that my hormones could be higher/low with the gender I carry? My 4 son's pregnancies, I NEVER had yeast/itchiness problems. I remember my daughter (mid to late pregnancy) I battled horrible yeast infection and itchiness. No cottage cheese CM symptoms, just BAD itchiness and swollen labias from irritation. I am having the problem again really badly. I NEVER in my life had this problem not being pregnant. This is twice being pregnant I had this. Could this be hormones from gender or coincidental?

As atomic says symptoms don't indicate gender so I would say its a coincidence, plus the fact you are having twins I would imagine you have higher hormone levels so that could well contribute. When do you have your 12 week scan?

No, it is meaningless. Your babies can't be making different hormones until at minimum 10 weeks because up until that point the Y chromosome is dormant. Additionally, if it was a girl pregnancy - nothing would change at that point. No Y chromosome - no testosterone production. No difference in hormones than what was happening before!!
Some people say that HCG production in EARLY pregnancy is higher on average with girls, but having yeast later in pregnancy would not have anything to do with your experience later in pregnancy with your kiddos. YOu were making PLENTY of HCG late in pregnancy with your boys too!! And even if it was HCG (which it isn't since you had it mid/late pregnany with your daughter) being pregnant with twins means double HCG anyway.
