Yep that's a girl! The clitoris is just a tinny bit swollen but only like 1mm or so. That's too small for a penis! How many weeks is it?

This was taken at 20 weeks 1 day at anatomy scan. So 100% girl? I have had a lot of people say it looks like a penis. Has me all nervous lol

It resembles a little penis because both penises and clitorises start off as clitorises and then once XY start making testosterone at the 10-12 week mark, that "clitoris" in boys grows bigger and turns into a penis. It's actually the same structure hence a family resemblance LOL.

There is NO WAY ON EARTH barring a miracle that baby is not 100% a girl. :)

What is a sway? Sorry new to all this. And thanks so much for reassuring me she is 100% a girl. People always think different and scare me

If you used any diet or lifestyle tricks to try and "sway" the odds to get a girl or a boy. (like timing intercourse, etc) It's fine if you didn't sway, we just like to have as many people as possible's experiences so we can learn the thing that are working. :)

My standard disclaimer - I am not an ultrasound tech and on rare occasions ultrasounds can hide things that are actually there BUT I personally would paint the nursery on that pic. That is the 20 week potty shot that many dream of. I'd be buying tutus and trying to decide between Ava and Isabella based on that pic. Anyone saying that is a penis has no understanding of fetal anatomy. :)

???? No one has to post a sway if they don't want to. Or if they didn't sway. I had just thought I recognized the user name but many people come on here only for ultrasound guesses and not swaying. :)
