Cheated often with sweet, I couldn't help it! But no meat at all

Sometime he had chicken when my son couldn't finished his meal

Lots of CL, diet coke, smint, strawberries and peppermint tea
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
First ever diet in my life, it was not easy to cut down on sugar, but surprisingly easy not to eat any meat, I thought I was a big meat eater :D
