Abstinence + recent release? Girl sway

Quick question(s)!
1) frequent release vs 7 day abstinence: is there any benefit or preferred choice for girl sway?
Does either sway boy?
2) if hubs first does a 7 day abstinence, would then "releasing" by himself soon before our 1 attempt (like, only an hour or 2 before) have any effect on anything?

1) Both getting roughly equal success rates and both kinda disappointing. They are better than 50-50 but LOWER than the overall odds of the site, indicating that whatever they're bringing to a pink sway, it ain't much. They also cut odds of conception hugely and while most people use them to begin with, it's one of the first things that should be dropped if you don't get pregnant within a month or two. Men over 35 should not abstain, shoudl use only frequent release.

2)This does not help and in fact would cut odds of conception to virtually nothing because sperm production would drop and then he'd dump the first batch and produce little to nothing to take its place. If you are going to abstain, then use the first abstain batch.

Thank you for your reply! We ended up not doing any kind of "release" before we attempted. The 7 day abstinence was not intentional for a sway but just happened. My husband is only 30, but I know it's still bad to abstain even for younger men. Uggggh.
I just posted on what our attempt consisted of and am doubting i got pregnant at all :( there's always next month I guess!

7 day abstain for a 30 year old is fine! I'd avoid more than 14 days.
