Not a magic bullet. I ovulated early with DS1, ovulated ridiculously late with DS2, and ovulated on CD13 with this baby boy (my first time swaying for a DD for my DH).
DS1[emoji125]🏼, DS2[emoji577], DS3[emoji170][emoji577][emoji843][emoji602][emoji170] Jan. '16 I'll sway for a DD[emoji166][emoji171][emoji166] for my DH!!

But is it supposed to sway? I ovulated on day 30 with my first and day 21 with my second. I'm TTC this cycle and am on cd 16 with no positive OPK yet.

Both of my boys were conceived with long cycles/late ovulation. But I've never heard it swaying boy... Interesting.

I'm an early O'er and have always been I think. I've never had a cycle longer than 28 days. Sometimes they are 21 days. Mostly around 25 days. I got pregnant with DS2 and twin (1st Tri loss) from 1 BD on CD6! We weren't trying that month.
I have 3 boys and a sway girl on the way.

How long your cycle is has nothing to do with swaying. It's still all the same, you just DTD accrording to how you want to sway.

Not in the way you're thinking of it, no. The time of the month you ovulate or how long your cycle is, in and of itself, doesn't sway IT's the REASON why a cycle might be long or short that sways. Annoyingly enough, there are two reasons for long cycles. One is PCOS and we do believe that PCOS sways blue, so a person may have chronically long cycles and also conceive more boys, but it's the PCOS that's doing both and not the cycle length. The second reason is called "hypothalamic amenhorrhea" and this is just a fancy term for long cycles caused by most commonly dieting too much and overexercising but very rarely medical conditions can also cause it and we believe that when caused by diet/exercise, it sways pink (and this is kinda what we're trying to tap into with our sway diets.)
So, it all depends on WHY your cycle is long, as to whether it is affiliated with a condition that sways or not. BTW 21-30 day cycles are not super long and unless you have other PCO type symptoms I would not read too much into it for your sway.
