This is all a bunch of phooey! I do believe in some of the hand readings and person to person but Internet readings are a big money maker. Don't be discouraged. I got "boy" reading from a $6 Internet "psychic" for fun. I don't believe her at all. She can tell nothing by my name. She "predicted it will be my last baby. Really?? No kidding , my dob told her I'll be 41 in April. She also said she sees me getting pregnant in June. I am coming off a chemical preg. But I'd put $ on being pregnant again already. I swayed hard, very hard girl and fortune baby seems more scientific and predicts all girl all year! Don't stress.

So i was really happy with my first reading that said boy in March-April (from Kathy) and this one totally contradicts it, saying girl in July. I guess that proves that these things are really not accurate science, they are really just for fun, and i can totally understand how they can upest people. I am not going to get a third done to get my 2 out of three result, i am just going to put my faith in my sway and hope for the best.

Was this Cara's website? She said I would conceive over the New Year which I didn't but the rest of her reading was amazing so still hoping she may be right on the girl part but really don't think we would be ttc until middle of this year so definitely not any time soon.

Half of me is very skeptical, on one hand i think if these psychics can predict the future then why don't they win the lottery or predict natural disasters to warn people instead of making money from people wanting answers to questions that will reveal themselves in the future anyway.

And even if there are legit mediums out there i really believe that they are outnumbered by the fakes. The problem is that if you get a reading and it turns out to be bogus, nothing is done about it, the person will just think oh well that wasn't right for me, in the meantime this psychic goes on collecting money off more people every day who end up thinking the same thing, and most of the time it is months later so we just let it go. I don't mean to burst anyones bubbles but i used to work for an internet based business and the testimonials that they used on their website were fake, written by the owners of the company, so anytime i see testimonials on websites i think scam.

So not to go on and on about this but if i really think about what is on the other side, i would definatly try to communicate with my loved ones after i pass, but would i be telling them when they will concieve and what sex their baby will be? Wouldn't that make me the psychic? I honestly don't think our desteny is set in stone, i believe we have free will and therefor the future can not be predicted.

I can't believe it--she not only got the amount of children I have correct, but the gender as well!! I hope she is right about the baby I am carrying as well. She did say he would come early, which is also what Cara said. That doesn't seem too strange, though, because I have had all my kids a week to 10 days early, so early is fine with me (as long as it is full term of course!)

It was a really strange reading. I was quite shocked at her. For one she emailed me straight back which just gave me a bad feeling. I have had 2 others say boy but for some reason I felt a tad mad at her reading as it seemed so far off. Although obviously they are most likely all fake but you get sucked in hoping that maybe someone has the gift. I did like Cara though even though her pregnancy prediction didn't come true. All my other girl predictions are for around August this year so you never know maybe they will come true. Just to note there is no way that myself or hubby are wishing like crazy for another boy, although if we have another boy he would obviously be loved like the other two. Actually just by copying the reading here has made me realise she could be referring to my second son. He has blue eyes (people say they are very big and blue) but at the moment has quite fair coloured hair. He is turning into a real character and we often say that he is going to be really funny wee boy. He is already such a daddy's boy (so much more than our older son) and so interested in cars already. We also say that we think he is very bright in fact everyone in the family says this about him. I have really struggled with the baby but over the last few weeks he seems to have started to settle down and we are finally just starting to enjoy him and I think he will be such a laugh. Cara also said that I was very worried about a child and he would in fact settle down and it would all turn out ok so maybe some of her prediction is coming true. Just a shame we didn't get Preggy over the New Year but we really aren't ready and are thinking of ttc around July/August.

That made me feel so much better :) I now have 2 boy and 2 girl predictions.
It was kind of funny, I send her a picture of myself and one of my 13 weeks scan.
She replied asking if I had a clearer picture, maybe she wanted to see if she could tell from the nub or skull shape :) the scan gives no gender clues by the way. I only bought readings on ebay :oops: and I´m not on facebook.
It is striking to me that the two readings I had that looked a bit further both picked up on my mother as a spirit and that she is watching over me. I actually miss my dad more than my mom and often think what a great grandfather he would have been, that´s because my mother passed away five years before he did so I just have more memories of him from when I was a young adult.

She is right, my biological dad passed away a few years ago but I was never close enough to him to know if he smoked or not. But a truck makes sense. All the pictures Ive seen of his dad and brothers are with old style trucks.

Personally I not convinced Kathy was able to read me correctly. All well that she said boy for me but to say that we were wishing with our heart for a boy is so far from the truth. I was the person she told that too! And so I SPECIFICALLY avoided TTC in Nov because that would have made an August baby, and my original prediction was girl/august. SO I thought I was in the clear! I haven't found much bad info on her by googling--a few wrong predictions, but many more correct ones. :( It really bums me out.

First I must say not I didn't get pregnant in November but I have heard that psychics can be off a few months. Now to the prediction. After our third son was conceived we were adamant on him being our last. Here a few months ago I couldn't let go of my gender desire and we changed our mind. When I read my reading I freaked out so much because I knew it was my grandmother telling me I had made the right choice now to try one more time.
I did order another spiritual reading from her a couple weeks ago and a lot of what she said was dead on, she said she made a small link with my grandfather who I was not real that close with and that he talks of Dora or Dorean. Well in fact his sister is named Dorean. It freaked me out since that is not a common name to just throw out there and since I am not close with that family there is no link to me and them on the internet anywhere. She also said something about March 17th and a pub. Well my Uncle Mickey who passed away after leaving a bar and being killed in a car accident due to drinking was born on March 17th the day after my birthday.
So I would really recommend her as someone who I think truly has a gift. She just knew way too much.

All I got was the gender reading, and she didn't offer any other info. I got it back in the summer, and I remember thinking January was so far away, so I would probably be pregnant long before then. She is right that I am not 100% sure we will try for another baby. I am pretty sure we will now but I do have my days where I really think we won't ttc again. I have had 3 other psychics (the ones that have also predicted girl) say we will see an increase in finances. The lady in spirit would have to be my Nana. We moved to a new house a year and a half ago and my Nana died before she knew that we moved from our old house. We have no plans to move house again. I had to join the club and get a reading from Cara too. Here is what she said -

The first thing I did was to use my moonstone pendulum (chosen because of its associations with conception as I mentioned above- I always use either this pendulum or my rose quartz one here) and asked if there are any children in your future- After a few minutes I was shown a ‘yes’ which is always a good place to begin!

I really hope she is right! The weird thing is that this weekend I found out that my DH was hiding a problem with one of his testicles for a long time! He has to have surgery and probably have it removed. I always just assumed it was me and last week my Dr. tested my Thyroid, LH, FSH, Prolactin and Testosterone. If my tests all come out normal then we will be pretty sure we haven't fallen pregnant because of him. I just hope that he is not left sterile after the surgery.

This is cool that she predicted a girl! She has such good feedback it felt really good hearing the "right" answer. She is the second one to predict girl. Itabu from IG predicted girl for me, then I got two boy predictions, RoseKnows said boy concieve/find out in Feb, which I concieved in Dec so that wasn't right. Ruby from TTC love predictions got the timing right (said I'd get a BFP in Jan) but said boy, so hoping she was wrong on gender. I really, really feel good about Cara's reading. It gave me new hope, but funny enough 2 readings said boy, 2 said girl, so that's 50-50!

Cara's reading was very accurate for me in terms of my life etc but she predicted I would get pregnant over Christmas/New Year which didn't happen. I have asked her again for a conception date to see what she says.

auroara7 - are you going to find out if you have a wee boy or a girl or are you going to wait until the birth. I would love to find out at birth but I would need to know for my own sanity during pregnancy although I am seriously considering if I did get preggy with a girl to tell a small (or a very big !!) lie and say they couldn't tell at the scan. I think it would be such a great surprise for hubby as it would make everything so special especially since we have 2 boys already. Also he can't keep a secret at all so if he knows then everyone will know and I think as it would be the very last grand baby then it would be a cool surprise for everyone as between us (i.e. all our sisters) we have 6 boys and 3 girls. You may want to contact her. I had a paid reading, and a few days after i sent payment, she said she had just gotten out of the hospital (she had some sort of operation). She said she was a little behind but she would get to me as soon as she could. A month went by with no word, so I finally wrote her. She aparently had overlooked my reading--she felt really bad about it, and offered me a discount on my next reading. Anyhow, maybe she overlooked yours too!

They all said the same thing about my personality, what was going on in my life right now, things I worried about, etc etc. It was actually kind of freaky that they knew so much such in such detail.

Well, so she was right about the month but not the gender, then? Everone seems to think your nub is really boyish, so I think you can be confident in your boy. I found a chart someone had made on some site with her success rate and it wasn't great. It really looked about 50/50. I've had 3 readings from Ruby 2 of which were correct and we'll see on the third.
When I was pg with my angel she told me boy (he was a boy).

Then she told me boy again w/ conception/bfp in August 2011 or due date in August 2012. I'm not sure is she was right on gender this time, but I was pg was a due date of August 2012. Unfortunately we had a mmc in January.

Now she's telling me girl w/ conception/bfp March 2012 or due date March 2013 so it remains to be seen.

I also had IC111 late last year tell me m/c followed by a girl. Well, I had a m/c but again, remains to be seen about the girl part.

I have had 3 readings by Ruby all telling me boy.....my last 2 daughters are girls so obviously wrong....so not holding much hope that she has it right this time. I do feel Cara is really good. Can't wait to see if she gets gender rights, so hope girls come back to update. She did say it takes her a few weeks now to get through the free readings as she is having so many requests. LMN7, I liked Cara's readings (she said girl, and that I'd concieve another girl very quickly after, so to be very careful unless I was planning on having 4!) Ruby and Rose Knows said boy but not much else, so wasn't impressed with them.
Never got one from Cherri22 or the others.

Littlemiss~ after I read your post I added my birthdate to my original email to cara! I was already on the fence as to how true this all is this makes me even more skeptical, but I have to admit hearing an opposite prediction of what I wants bothers me. I don't even know if I should get readings because of it!! And of course I know that there is not 100% accuracy!

What does everyone else think? I'd have to guess you believe to be on this thread??
