I don't see any obvious nub on your picture. Nothing screams boy but not a noticeable girl nub either so 50/50 from me. Good luck on your blood results.

Don't get upset, we're just trying to help. Trust me, I know what you are going through.

I see your arrow, but I'm just not convinced that what we're looking at is the nub. The baby is at a word angle. And really, nuns are best seen when the baby is perfectly horizontal. Which is so tough.
