As the title suggests, little confused.
The Boy Diet suggests to ensure you are following HE diet for at least 6 weeks beforehand.
Is 6 weeks actually enough time if an egg takes 90 days to fully mature and be selected for ovulation?

We have no idea if the diet success has anything to do with the egg developing, though. (in fact I'd say pretty certainly there isn't because we have our HT ladies getting both boys and girls on a fertility boosting diet very similar to HE Diet.) There are about a thousand other reasons why a diet might sway blue that has nothing whatever to do with the egg itself like CM and plenty of other things.
6 weeks on diet has been enough for HE Diet success. 12 weeks or more better results for LE Diet for pink swayers, but this has NOT been the case for blue sways, with many people getting boys after 6 weeks on diet and conceiving in the first month of TTC.

I've been on supplements and diet for 2-3 weeks but won't start Ttc until middle December, should I just keep supplements but stop diet for two weeks and then start again in November? Hope this doesn't sound silly, I am new here and there is still a lots to take in

2 weeks is fine, swayblue, just continue for that amount of time. 2 weeks is nothing, you can easily do diet for 2 extra weeks. Please continue HE Diet for the additional 2 weeks.
For people who are not TTC for a long time (anything longer than 3 months) you should def. eat healthier - more meat, more colorful fruits and veggies, more animal/Omega 6 fats but yes I'd hold off on full HE Diet until closer to your sway. That helps prevent excess weight gain.
