Sway pink with low sperm count, new here!

Hey everyone.

My husband and I have 3 boys, ages 19 months to 7 years. We recently did an FET transfer of a female embryo however I am now 12 day past a 5 day transfer and testing negative. I am heart broken as this was the only female embryo we had.

We have decided to try swaying naturally as it is too expensive to try IVF again. The issue is that my husband has extremely low sperm count. We are starting supplements now to increase his count but I am hoping that perhaps someone here would have input on how to do that and still sway pink.

He is going to start taking zinc, folic acid, chromium, selenium, copper, vitamin e, coenzym q10, b complex, vitamin d, vitamin b12 and vitamin c.

We have had him tested and he has 1 million sperm.

Please help me, any and all suggestions are appreciated.

HI there. I am sorry for your HT outcome. Did you use full 24-chromosome testing?

1 million sperm is plenty for IVF! How many eggs did you get at ER? Where did you cycle?

Thank you. We got 19 eggs at retrieval. We were in Seattle with Dr kustin for the cycle. 12 fertilized. 3 made it through testing and there was 1 female. We don't have the funds for another cycle so we are going to try swaying now naturally.

Oh I"m sorry your FET did not work out. I have your questionaire and will get right to work on your plan.

I would have him take ONE vitamin that has all that stuff in it. I find that it's SOOO many pills to take to take them singly, and furthermore the single dose nutrients are often megadoses that are even worse than nothing. More is not always better and some nutrients in excess will lower sperm health, not raise it.
