So I was thinking that if I O'ed on the last day my cervix was SHOW then that would of been Friday and we bd on Friday so that means SI actually delayed Ovulation by 4 to 5 days and that would mean a test wouldn't register until Monday ( can hope )so i might have a chance after all, just take the app off my phone so I will stop studying it and trying to figure it out lol

Mocha, I think you are going to be very bad for me!!! Today, my stomach muscles felt exactly as you described! No jokes! I was sitting on the couch and thought it was very strange. And I've had more cramping too which I've convinced myself is implantation.
XX - sorry about the BFN. But you're logic is sound and it sounds like you could still be in with a chance! Fingers crossed.
Purple - I'm the same, I'd love 4 but only realised I wanted 4 after DS1 was born. Before that we'd agreed on 3 so this will be my last pg and I'm crossing my fingers I'll get twins!

So 6DPO and I'm calling it early.....I reckon I'm pg! Yesterday and today I've had lots of twinges and cramping which I think may be implantation. Plus I had a massive temp rise this morning from 36.6 to 36.8! My skin is still terrible and I'm moody and emotional as anything. Tonight I have a headache which is a sure fire sign for me.......you will all console me in a week or so if I realise this is all in my head right?????

Sassy - I've since looked up sore stomach muscles, and lots of women with BFPs have reported it as a symptom!

I don't really have any other symptoms other than very thick, creamy cm. I always get creamy cm at this point in the cycle, but it's usually MUCH thinner than it is this time around.

I think my temps aren't going to show much this month. My temps have always been inconsistent at best, but now it's getting really cold at night here and I tend to sleep with my mouth open (so attractive, I know), so my temps are starting to plummet towards my coverline. I'd like to say it's an implantation dip, but I bet it's just the cold air. I think if I'm still TTC next month I'll switch to vaginal temping (and a better thermometer).

Your fmu is supposed to be more concentrated since its been in you longer at a time so therefore you could get a bfp with fmu then you would during the day

Lol well if I am pregnant I am pretty sure I made a boy lol, I did my attempt up to Tuesday when I thought I Oed and I am thinking I might of Oed on Friday, so many things went wrong from Tuesday to Friday, I normally concieve 1st month trying so I got cocky and thought I had in the bag so I picked my eating some(enough to gain lb didn't realize I picked it up that much), stopped my cranberry pills, stopped the rephresh, started using are normal ky lube because the other gave my yeast infection or irritated me, so I am hoping I am pregnant because after my m/c in july I just want to be pregnant again but hoping I am not because I am pretty sure I made another boy :/ so I am on the fence, I want to be pregnant again so much and yet would like another attempt with no mess ups

Sorry, XX - I know how it feels to be dissatisfied with your attempt. It's out of your hands now - nothing to do but wait for test day and accept all of Flava's pink dust (as long as I get some of it too) Remember that most women out there get their girls without having ever heard of swaying, so you still have a 50% chance even without all the swaying you did do. :HH:

So I had a ton of symptoms yesterday, but I think a lot of it could have been due to where I was and what I was doing. I was volunteering at the local twin club's clothing sale, and it involved 6 hours of very heavy labour moving boxes, setting up clothing racks, etc. I had to go far too long between meals because they didn't feed us until 8pm. When I first got there, I felt queasy for quite a while then had some pretty major cramps, like af was about to come. Once I'd been working for a while I got a very sore back and a headache, but I think those two symptoms were just because of the work I was doing and the lack of food.

Anyway, temp was below the coverline today, but our house is freezing and I'm wondering if it might be time to turn on the furnace (in September?? That seems crazy even for Canada). I also took my temperature at 5am when I woke up with ds3, though when I took it again at 6:15, it was exactly the same.

xxdreaming ~ if I am not pregnant this cycle I will be more boy swaying than girl next month. I have given up most of the diet and such as well. I have also gained a good pound, almost two pounds in the last 8 days. This was my goal though since I lost too much weight.

My planning has worked with a little help... My monitor said I would Ov on the 18th and I always Ov the day before. So I planned a lot of dtd but hubby has been in pain from the craziness at work, so I changed to 1's a day on the 12th-14th. I wanted to do the 15th to but DS2 wokeup and then we went to bed. Good thing because I started having cramping on the 15th. And last night I started having the need to dtd and crazy dreams.... So I expect to Ov today and then we will dtd one last time!

I would have loved to know the gender before Christmas so I could get my MIL a gift telling her, but I would still know by mid Jan so maybe for DS2 2nd birthday I can get him a baby doll wearing a pink dress.... Or just keep it a surprise and on the white board where they write the name we could write a boys name (for our boys we joked about naming them Damien and Lucifer) if she doesn't make it in time for the delivery.

Yeyyy FF put my O day on CD17! So the 2 BD on CD 18 don't matter ?? Right? I really hope not and we have a chance to get a BFP from the BD on CD 13 and 15!

Hey ladies, I'm jumping in here, on Flava's suggestion =) We are ttc a boy and did the BD yesterday morning and last night. My temp went up a little this morning, so I'm thinking we dtd right on O day - yay! We have been swaying since April, and the first month my body was jacked, then we had the timing way off, then hubby was gone on 'the' night, then we decided not to try bc I was getting weekly xrays on my broken arm, so here we are! June would be horrible timing for my job, but we went for it anyway, because since it's bad timing it will probably happen. GL to all you ladies, and Flava, I'm taking some of your blue dust :) Here's some pink dust for all you pink swayers. I have plenty to go around!! =)

hh - sorry about the bfn - I'm like you, usually I'd have tested by now, but I'm holding out til Thurs morning. Wed is my last day of work before holidays so I think that would be a nice way to start my break!

So at 8DPO today, I've had a few dizzy spells (only minor!), constipations (TMI!), loads of cramping and twinges and bloating and a couple of headaches. So I reckon I've got most symptom bases covered! I would normally test tomorrow (at 9DPO) but I've deliberately not bought any tests so that I HAVE to wait!!!!

So who's next to test???? Can't wait for the next BFP!

So, I'm 6dpo today, and my temp showed a nice rise, making that weird low temperature yesterday look like an implantation dip. I won't get too hopeful because yesterday's temp (and the one the day before) were taken under such unusual circumstances, but I was heartened that my temp was quite high today even though I was sleeping in the same freezing cold room with my mouth open :oops:.

One question - does an implantation dip have to be a one day event (i.e. temp dips below the coverline for one day and the next is up high again), or can there be a gradual descent over a couple of days, followed by a quick rise? Does that make sense?

I was feeling crampy through the night last night and I've been really constipated the past couple of days, which really isn't me. I'm going to try to hold out until 9dpo to test, though in the past I usually start on 8dpo. Luckily it's been a really busy weekend for me, so I've been distracted enough not to obsess constantly.

mocha - I read (when obsessing last week!) that implantation can take up to 4 days to be completed then there are a couple of days when HCG is in your blood before it'll show up in your urine. I don't know how that would translate into temperatures but what I'm saying is, don't feel too disheartened if you consider yesterday an ID and you don't get a BFP in a couple of days time because it can take much longer than that!

sassy - I'm impressed with you waiting until Thursday and your symptoms are really encouraging :D

I was looking at my last BFP cycle on FF from 3 years ago, and I had two distinct dips: one at 5dpo and one at 9dpo, then I got my BFP at 11dpo.

Sassy - I *think* it's possible to have an implantation dip at 5dpo, so it doesn't necessarily mean that I O'd earlier. I'm fairly positive that my current O date is right, though believe me I'd looooove to be 2 days further along than I thought!

What happened is I was going to sway with ds3 for a girl, had all my vitamins and cranberries, was going to do douche(since my mom douched on a daily basis and has 3 girls) well it was around O and didn't realize I ran out of vcfilms so he promised to pull out(I had douched because our attempt was next month and wanted to see how douch and ph and how sperm would change that around O) well he forgot to pull out, I pushed him out but great deal went in, I got up and douched twice because I wasn't ready for the attempt, I had planned next month, so I hoped since I was taking my cranberries, aspirin, cal and mags, drinking a ton of crystal light, I still had a chance, I was so upset I never did get my ph lol, well it made ds3

Ds4 wasn't really a sway but an oops lol ran out of vcfilms was gonna pullout knew he probably wouldn't but since I was breastfeeding my cycles were long 40+days and I was on like cd13 so O should of been far off, well of course he didn't pull out lol and of course 4 days later I Oed lol, I was taking azo cranberries because I had a slight uti and drinking cranberry juice, I was taking my normal extra calcium like normal(I hate dairy anything so I take cal supps) and my normal walmart prenatal, and of course we had ds4

Ds2 I had no clue about Ovulation and any fertile window, so we bd everyday or every other day the entire month lol because I wanted to get pregnant and I had no clue about ovulation, or how long the egg lives lol

Ds1 have no clue, we were young dating wanted to wait till we got married and one night one thing led to another lol and we had unprotected sex have no clue what day of cycle but it was a one hit wonder lol we got married the next month(been married for 10yrs now)

So imo I don't think timing matters or at least it doesn't for me lol

Yeah I was very surprised I got pregnant, even though I had some gd with him always did feel he was meant to be when I found out at my 18wks u/s he was boy because I did try to fix our screw up and not get pregnant lol I guess that's why I am surprised I didn't get pregnant this month (well haven't gotten af but all bfns so don't think I am, af due Tuesday) my m/c I had in july was because we ran out of films too and it was O+12 so I figured we wouldn't catch the egg lol so I went down and bought 5boxes of vcfilms lol so if I am not pregnant then their won't be any oops until I can sway properly lol (because I decided to take a break for a month or 2 if not pregnant still keep the le diet because I got about 35lbs I want to lose lol)

We had a good sway so we have high hopes and lots of prayers! GL to everyone and CONGRATS Zancal!! When is everyone testing? The last few months, AF has arrived at about 11DPO so maybe I will try testing next week. DH is super excited. FX for all you ladies!!

I'm 9DPO and the waves of nausea have started! Only lasting a few minutes but decidedly recognisable! I had to duck up to the shops and was very tempted to buy a test but knew if I had it I'd use it so I restrained myself! Still planning to test on Thursday.

Wow - you have such restraint, sassy! Lately I haven't been feeling pregnant at all - I definitely have far fewer symptoms than I have all my previous TTC cycles. No nausea save that one time, only a few cramps now and then, not more tired than usual, etc. I'm 7dpo today, and I'm going to try to wait until Wednesday to test, but I'm really not feeling optimistic.

I felt nausea yesterday and then all night. I could not sleep thinking I am pregnant!! I will test tomorrow. :)

I am hoping to go get my progesterone checked again today. I spotted last night and I am not sure if it was implantation bleeding or regular spotting. It has me worried because I have been spotting at day 9 since I got my cycle back. Although, I hope the clomid is helping that.

We decided yesterday not to ttc anymore. Maybe 1 more in Oct. but may not even that.
DH is worried about work, money, and renting with 5 kids if we have to move out ect ect.

Your dieting habits play the biggest role so if you were in fat, salt, cals, and potassium heaven then you have a big chance.... and I still think timing doesn't matter much (if no BFP I am not timing next time) DS1 was conceived right around AF.

2DPO... I so want to test now but waiting! I have been extremely bloated since I Ov. It's so bad that hubby asked if I was 5mths pregnant, I feel like it because it hurts to bend over. Hubby remebered that I felt bloated for weeks around the time when DS2 was conceived. I had cramping on both sides so I hope it means twins... as long as one is my Madeleine!

I do feel sick but I think it is just low blood sugar. It has been below normal for two weeks now. Or maybe it is a sign of twins because I really want too p-k-!

It is 10am and I already want a nap and I had my normal 2cps of coffee already!

Flava - sorry you're feeling so down. Hopefully you'll get a BFP after all and won't need to worry about this. I'll admit that after 4 months TTC every once in a while I wonder if I should just quit. DH doesn't really want a 4th child anyway, and money's already tight...but then I think about all the hard work I've done to lose all this weight and deprive myself of all my favourite foods for 5 months, and it makes me want to keep trying. I'm 8dpo today, and I caved and tested :oops:. Surprise, surprise - it was a BFN. I don't really have many symptoms - I've been gassy, I have a strange sharp cramp that comes and goes on my left side, and this morning I felt a bit nauseous when I woke up. They're all symptoms I've had during other 2WWs. I wish I had the patience of you other ladies, but I'll be testing every day from now until af.

I am feeling so sad! This stupid clomid! I am not a crier and I can't stop! :( I read online that it is a common side effect, but gosh.. this sucks! I feel so depressed. :( I do not think that I am pregnant and will not be testing unless I am past AF.

I feel like that I did the LE diet for 11 weeks... had our first attempt... then totally have been cheating for 10 days. Ugh... I am mad at myself!! I feel like this was my chance for a girl and next time I will not feel as confident....

3dpo... Still bloated, couldn't sleep much last night, and I feel like I have a fever standing in the 50 degree garage was heaven!

I have always found beta testing interesting, the short version... anything under 10, close to AF, is like a bfn or a chemical. From the second your body "knows" the numbers are doubling and it can help to figure out how far along you are. No one's numbers are the same so you normally have to go in 2-3 times at the same time each day to find the formula for your body.... it can start from a small number and end up in the billions. It is also an early sign of multibles because the number will grow differently if you have 2-8 babies.

ummm me I don't think I have symptoms ...some cramps but I had it last month too and we did not try last month. Also Im very tired but I guess that is from the little cold I have .
It's ok if I get a bfn because if DH don't want another baby then why , right?

Hh, I have a few friends who took clomid and crying and being emotional were things they experienced. Please don't feel next cycle won't be a good sway, you can't spoil 11 weeks of hard work in 10 days, you can always get back on track. Who knows, maybe you need the extra nutrients to actually get pregnant, I think I do!! Having said that, you migh still get your bfp, fx!

The doctor has asked that I go back to have my blood tested again tomorrow. It will be an hour and half earlier than the day before... I hope that it is ok and I hope that the numbers look good. :)

Ok, ladies - I;m shaking right now. I woke up this morning (9dpo) and tested with FMU and FRER. I left the test to process and started getting my sons' breakfast. I almost forgot to check it again since I'm sooo used to BFNs and was sure this was going to be one (I tested with an IC last night and it was stark white). About 10 minutes later I saw it sitting there and decided I should look. FAINT LINE!!!!!! I can't believe it! I was starting to believe this wasn't my month - I have barely any symptoms at all. I had far more symptoms in my BFN months.

So, now I'm dealing with the decision zanacal had. Do I start eating normally right away or do I wait until the line gets a little darker? AF isn't due until Sunday or Monday. I've never had a m/c or chemical before, but I've seen too much heartache on these boards to think I'm impervious to that. I've been dreaming of that first post-BFP meal since I started the diet on May 1st...I'm on my own with ds3 today while the old kids are in school. I'm sooo tempted to take him out to lunch in a fast food restaurant. And breakfast? It just feels so weird to even consider eating breakfast.

Thanks again, ladies!! DM - I swear it was those tests you sent me - they were drenched in baby dust! Once I'm sure this bean is sticking, I'm going to pass the remaining tests on to another lucky girl. My due date is June 4th. Sadly, it's right in the middle of my Mom's big trip to Spain - but I knew that when I decided to continue the TTC quest this month. Now my biggest worry is that she's going to do something like cancel her trip to be with me.

Oh, and I've started eating already, so my plans to hold back didn't pan out. I'm thinking maybe it won't be a size 0 dress I need, but something bigger! Maybe I'll wait until mid-week next week and see what size I am now. I hope I don't pile on the weight too fast!

im really confused. i have been tracking O since may. i have O cd 14 every month except july was cd12. this last af i was 4 - 5 days late and had the heaviest period ever with sorry tmi some.clotting. now that i am cd 13 i am usually fading in today but my sticks are completely blank. we dtd cd 11 and were going.to do it again tonight but.now im not.sure. im really confused. to top it off my.opks had.lines.about 3 days ago...what is.going.on with me! of course something wonky.with our first attempt.

5dpo and the bloating is gone and the only symptom I have is feeling hot. My temp is normal but I feel like I am on fire. My ovacue monitor still reads very low which is a first. Tomorrow is my birthday so maybe my wish will come true, I love being 21 again ;)

What is ovacue monitor? I don't know...I really hope this is it for you! Hope you get a nice fat BFP for your birthday!!!

Flava......I had the burning thing........felt like I was burning up....so much so i would actually sweat and I was just sitting not doing nothing! Oh I SO had that! I mentioned it on here because I was worried about it and Lola mentioned that she'd had it at around the time of implantation in the past. I think it was around 2 days before my BFP!

So I was searching because I was bored lol anyways it can take 7 to 12dpo for implantation(found a couple of sites that said 7 to 14dpo) then it takes 2 days for a sensitve test to read(like 25 or less) so it could but up to 16dpo before some even get a positive test lol but the average is a pos at 12 to 14dpo anyway I thought it was interesting :)

What is ovacue monitor? I don't know...I really hope this is it for you! Hope you get a nice fat BFP for your birthday!!!

Ovacue is a fertility monitor but it does a mouth reading in the morning and a humhum reading in the evenings after af has ended... No urine, strips, or buying extra stuff... everything is reusable. It cost $350.

Hope, I think I might test on 12 dpo now, even though I said I'd wait for af! I am still getting occasional cramping which is making me a little hopeful! If it continues I think I'll test 12dpo. Having said that, I'm unsure whether I'm imagining it or willing my body to feel this way or maybe I have wind, lol!

Last month I got AF 11 dpo so I checked out your ticker site lol (countdownpreg.) and it says to test 10 dpo.But I also had AF 13 dpo and 14 before so no clue... but I never even buyed a test yet .Was thinking no more ttc for us so we are out...

XX- I read that late inpl. is a sign of strong pregnancy. Starting from 9dpo .
So no AF for you yet , lets hope!

Weird thing - I just noticed FF moved my O date back to CD14 from CD16...I'm not sure why or when this happened. I know it doesn't matter now that I have my BFP, but it's still strange to me. It also changes my due date to June 2nd from June 4th.

Oh, and I mentioned elsewhere but I used a digi test today and got 'pregnant', so I'm feeling a lot more confident now. I even added a ticker!

hope.ful - was it an ic test? Just so you know, most of them really aren't sensitive to pick anything up at 10dpo, much less 8 dpo! I got my first BFP at 9dpo with a FRER - it was faint, but unmistakeable. Since then I've been testing steadily with ICs and haven't been able to get anything other than a faint shadow I can only see in direct sunlight and that I probably would have disregarded as an evap if I didn't know I was pregnant. I even had this this morning with FMU at 11dpo! Luckily I've had another FRER and a digi confirm my BFP so I'm not worried.

Give it a few days and test again - you have TONS of time.

How are you guys doing on the diet? I've lost all steam! I'm 5 dpo and STARVING! I have caved way too many times and tasted every thing I've made for the kids over the last few days. I'm really craving protein (non-meat), big time. I did a pretty good job w/ diet on my sway....lost about 6 lbs, went from 114 to 108, maybe a bit more (I'm 5'7"). I have absolutely no willpower anymore. I think I drowned myself in CL, CF diet coke and saw palmetto/ peppermint tea so much during the sway it held my hunger at bay. Now I don't even know what to drink, besides water, to keep down the hunger beast. How the heck are you guys doing it? I feel so guilty all the time...it's awful!

I guess because at first DD1 was sick too So I thought the feeling sick and stuffy nose is from sickness. (still have stuffy nose but then I thought must be allergy ) Im always sleepy afternoon , again was thinking from cold or because it's so rainy here this days. My boobs feel fuller and little bigger but I thought it is because of the extra weight.
My lower tummy felt so hot and like it's full with bees . I was thinking af is coming. Still feel like it's coming!
After 5 dpo I had chocolate craving did not pay attention to this either ...I was like maybe because Im on the boy diet for months .But normally I don't eat chocolate.
I don't know..looking back i should have notice some signs but I was wrapped up with the "no more ttc' thing and had no clue. Silly me lol

Is a frer an early response one like clearblue? I ordered 2 of those as well.

FRER is First Response Early Result - it's supposed to be able to tell up to 5 days before your period is due, and tends to be considered the most sensitive one on the market. I didn't know Clearblue made an early result one too - in general I find their tests less sensitive.
