I'm not sure if that's the nub. I think it's missed off this image. Have you got any others?

Looks like a girly nub to me as the spine is curved up and nub is protruding quite a lot

Boy and girl nubs can appear forked.

Thanks for the replies. I have 2 beautiful boys so if it's a girl it would be amazing.
