Friends scan pics, 12+4, gender guesses please :-)

Hi ladies. This is my friends scan from 12+4. I am on the fence with this one as to me one pic looks girly and the other boyish. Any ideas?

Don't know if that has helped but cant do much from my phone.

Looks boy because of skull theory. I think. I am kind of new at skull theory. Girl skulls are round and boys are square-ish.
