So this is the month of our first attempt. Eeeeeek!!! I'm doing the LE diet, cardio, vitex and saw palmetto. The last 2 cycles my O day has been pushed out 3 days. So instead of Oing on cd 17 the last 2 cycles O day has been on cd 19 then 20. I put it down to deit and suppliments. This had me predicting O day this cycle on cd 21 which is a week from now. Today I had ewcm which I usually get for 4 days before ovulation. Could I be ovulating early? Has anyone else experienced this?
If I am going to O early I'm worried that we haven't done enough this cycle. Hubby was going to do frequent release for 7 days and was hoping for us to be on the supps for longer. I'm just getting really nervous as it's our first attempt.

I normally ovulate late but last cycle it happened on CD20 which is early for me. It's totally possible to ovulate earlier or later than normal between the LE diet and supplements. I wouldn't worry too much about frequent release. Most of us here are focused on the diet, exercise and 1 attempt because the stats show it's getting good results. Good luck and pink dust!

Thank you so much ksmom! I know frequent release is not a biggy, I'm just getting reaĺly nervous and hoping I've done everything I can. I've stuck to the diet and cardio and feel there's nothing else I can do to better my sway. I just really want my baby girl.

Yes, you can be ovulating early, I'd go ahead and drop the supps for now and see what happens.
I got my daughter in a month when I ovulated a few days early.

Thanks Atomic! So should I stop Vitex and saw palmetto now and hubby stop licorice root? I'm also getting a little (streaks of red) spotting with the ewcm. It also happened last month too. Is this something to worry about or is it the supps changing my hormones?

Yes let's try dropping the herbs for you.
How long has hubby been on LR??
Spotting with EWCM is not uncommon and yes I think it's down to the hormones and/or possibly the factt that saw palmetto is a mild blood thinner, and so when your cervix gets soft around ovulation and it can cause a little bleeding.

I think a change in your cycle means a change in your BODY and I believe that's a good thing :)

Hi Atomic, he's been on LR this cycle for 7 days, he's noticing really small deposits when he releases. I'm going to start testing for LH surge today. :nails: I really do think I'm going to O early this cycle.

I knew I was going to ovulate early! I know it's not quite a positive. The lighter one was at 6pm and the darker at just now at 10pm. Hubby and I both off to work tomorrow. Should we DTD now, in the morning or tomorrow night? I was not expecting to O so early.
