Hi. Am I correct in understanding that the Coq10 I should take for egg quality is the ibiquinol form and not the ubidecarenone form? I think I bought the wrong one, that's all (the latter one I just mentioned). I can't find my receipt either to take it back. Lol! Silly me. Does anyone know if it's safe to take with Zoloft (or should I ask my doctor that question)? And, does it act as a blood thinner? Just asking because I'm scared of haemorrhaging after my last ordeal. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my questions.

Yes, ubiquinol for older mums is best.

Thanks Anchor. Do you know why ubiquinol is best for older Mums? Thanks. :)

There's a pretty good article on it here:

How Ubiquinol Can Improve Your Chances of Conception (http://natural-fertility-info.com/antioxidant-ubiquinol.html)

Thanks Anchor. So obviously since DH is 45 I should get him to take the ubiquinol as well?

I have answered this in at least 2 other threads.

Coq10 is the opposite of a blood thinner.

Ubiquinol is better over 37-38 or so because we gradually lose the ability to turn "raw" coq10 into the ubiquinol that our body uses.

Ask doc about the Zoloft please.
