Hello,

is there anyone who was nervous and stressed before her attempt and got a baby girl?
Are there somewhere results to this point?

Nervous and stressed before attempt - 100% of all swayers. :)

I think it may be a good thing that you probably won't conceive this month due to the super strict attempts. The longer you go on, the more "used to the idea" and it becomes more of a way of life and less of an "OMG freakout every moment" feeling. :)

So do you think the chances are low to get a girl being nervous and stressed before attempt?

Everyone is nervous and stressed before their attempt. There is not a person who isn't.

I do think you are especially anxious over the past couple posts and I would like for you to relax and let go of control a little. But the thing is, we don't KNOW that nervousness, stress, anxiety sways pink, we only know that moms who are prone to those feelings tend to have more boys. We actually even have studies that show stress itself (like working very hard or a death in the family) may even sway pink.

I read lots of posts About anxious. .and nowhere is just 1 example of women with anxious Who got a Baby Girl ...that makes me really sad because I was Like that before attempt...
But it changes often. .1 week I was the relaxest person ever, the next week I worried and had negative thougths. a few days before attempt I was anxious again. But at ovulation and on attempt Day and all the next days I was leaned back again and very relaxed. ..
I know now that I m pregnant and worries how much my sway is doomed About my worry Moments. ..
I think I have no Chance for a baby Girl because of this :( It makes me really sad :(
Maybe it helped that I wasnt all the time anxious? How I said, it changes from week to week. .

Obsessing over whether you are anxious or not is part of the problem though. What you need to do is take a step back and breathe, and say to yourself, "I am going to do what is in my power to change about my diet and lifestyle and I will leave everything else up to God/Fate". Just keep saying it to yourself. Because you cannot force yourself to be less anxious, and trying to is actually making matters worse. We were all nervous and anxious at first!

Trust me, tons of us on here who are very tightly wound like me myself (my husband "affectionately" calls me Twitch) HAVE gotten girls. We can't force it to happen by making ourselves into different people, all we can to is try to let go of trying to control every single thing. Because this control isn't real anyway, it is all an illusion - no one ever really controls what happens. We do what we can and then we get lucky. You are just as likely to get lucky as anyone else is.
