First off, I love the tone of the site - everyone seems really nice and helpful. I'm a little nervous to sway "pink" as we're planning to start TTC next August 2016 (not the greatest "pink" time, apparently) and we'll be in our mid thirties, so already potentially lower fertility (and since "helps fertility" often seems to be linked with "helps y-sperm" I'm probably not going to spend a ton of money on supplements/prenatals to get us knocked up right out of the gate, ha! Thanks in advance for saving me money on PreSeed, GenderDreaming!). But yeah, since I'm already giving this more thought (9 months in advance!) I'd love to meet other planners who are interested in swaying, and discussing swaying stats. So. I thought I'd stop lurking and start questioning! Hi everyone!

Hi and welcome! Love your username LOL

The months are not super effective in the grand scheme of things. I got my daughter in the "boy months" and that's when my parents got me, too. I also got 2 boys in "girl months". It's just one tiny thing that if it works out, great, if not, no worries.

Thanks, Atomic! I'd love to know more about your username too. I believe I know the definitions of atomic and sagebrush, but I'm curious about why you connected the two together?

I have a friend who had her two girls in June and July, and my mom is a June baby, so I'm hoping I have the same luck too.

I wanted a distinctive user name so people would know who they were talking to, and I live downwind of Hanford in a kind of desert. :) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanford_Site
