I'm looking for a list of products that have aspartame, as well as the mgs so I know which thing has the most.
I just want to know how much is in Diet Coke, Crystal Light, Fat Free Yoplait, a packet of Equal, etc, etc. Can anyone help???? :)

I'm not sure if there is a big list-
Table 1. Levels of aspartame in common consumer items [Kretchmer, 1991].
Product Category Serving Size Aspartame Content (mg)
Dry sweetener 1 packet- 35
Diet soft drink 12 oz- 180
Hot chocolate 6 oz- 50
Gelatin dessert 4 oz- 95
Instant pudding 4 oz- 25
Breakfast cereal 1 cup- 55
Yogurt 8 oz- 124

Thank you NBP!!!!
My understanding is that diet sodas have 180 mg of aspartame.
According to the industry-run Aspartame Information Center – the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI), as set by the FDA, is 50 mg/kg. That equates to about 20 cans of 12-ounce diet soda if you’re a 150 lb. adult, or six 12-ounce cans for a 50-pound child.
The ADI for tabletop sweeteners is 97 packets for adults, and 32 packets for children.
You don't have to (and shouldn't) ingest massive quantities of aspartame for your sway, just using it in dietary amounts is fine. It is NOT NECESSARY to do things like, add packets of aspartame to Crystal Light, etc, even though I know people advise this on some other sites. Just include it in sane levels (like 1 or 2 glasses a day) and it will help with pH.
