Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Vegetarian LE with a few very small meat cheats (shell fish and chicken only). I also had a few cheats here and there throughout the months but always skipped breakfast.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
17 weeks (first 4 weeks I was easing into it)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't do LE. In the last month he stopped eating red meat and changed to diet pop. He also increased alcohol.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I always skipped breakfast and almost every day had a fasting period of at least 12 hours (usually 14-16 hours). My calories were lower that normal LE (1300-1500) due to slow weight loss at first.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I drink a lot of coffee with very little cream. I added diet coke (about 2 per day) or a couple crystal light drinks a day. I used myfitnesspal to track my diet goals.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
At start of LE I weighed 159 pounds with BMI of 26.5. I conceived at a weight of 139 pounds with BMI 23.1. I weighed 169 in January with BMI of 28 so I lost a total of 30 pounds in 9 months with most of that being in the last 3 months.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I hardly lost any weight with diet alone. I started exercise in July and was very regularly exercising 4-6 days a week for 65 min on the elliptical for the last 8 weeks of my sway.

Any relevant attempt details?
DH self released for 8 days prior to attempt. We DTD early in the morning after he had released the 8th time the night before. We did girl on top with no big O. Jump and dump after just a few min of lying flat. We used a small amount of astroglide lube.

Any additional supplement info?
DW: antihistamines- cetrizine every day for the week of sway (Almost every day through sway due to allergies), chitosan with glucomanann prior to meals, 250mg magnesium for anxiety, Ubiquinol. I am on synthroid, metformin and vitamin D which I greatly decreased during sway. I took extra folic (1600) for sway.
DH: Olive Leaf extract, stopped vitamins, metformin. Was supposed to be taking clomid for low T but he said he stopped it.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Showered everyday (mostly because I was working out!), walked a lot outside.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
EXERCISE!! I was very strict on the 65 min on the elliptical at the gym at least 4 times a week. Toward the end more like 5-6 days/week. I also feel good about my weight loss. I lost 6 pounds just the week of conception! I feel pretty good about diet.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
The fact that we conceived right away. We always have despite PCOS and hypothyroid on my part but this time we were doing so much to decrease fertility! Another thing that makes me nervous is that despite DH doing FR for 8 days he was having NO issues "getting there".
Things worth mentioning:
I also prayed every day for a little girl!
