I am such a breakfast eater and not having it sucks! Not loving it. I am also missing my agave nectar. I had to switch it back to Splenda and I am not 100% loving that either. I can do the "no breakfast" during the week but weekends is horrible. The entire family has such a good breakfast:mad:

I made a special iced coffee and counted it as a meal. You are allowed to do 3 meals a day just make sure you have large breaks between them.

You could compromise and just eat breakfast on the weekends especially if you need it to keep from driving yourself crazy. It does take time to get used to not eating breakfast. I started skipping it November of last year and it took me several months before I adjusted to it. You can still get a girl eating breakfast though. :)

I just delay breakfast as it is too hard to skip. I used to have cereal or muesli first thing in the morning but now I have toast with jam a bit later. I eat dinner around 6 to 7pm and then don't eat breaky until 9am so its a decent fast. I used to have 3 meals plus 2 or 3 snacks a day so I mostly try to avoid the snacks so I'm not always eating.

Weekends are harder too... week days I have getting ready and commuting to work to keep me busy and it is 9am in no time.

So just eat breakfast during the weekend. Maybe don't eat as much as you normally would, but have something. I got pregnant with my girl when I ate breakfast. It was a small breakfast, just one piece of toast and almond butter, but I couldn't not eat breakfast anymore.

The LE Diet is not like other sway diets in that you can kinda pick and choose how much and what tactics to use. YOu don't have to do EVERYTHING if some stuff doesn't work for you.

Re agave - this has never been studied at all and is just an assumption that it could possibly sway blue. I seriously doubt that any one food or substance actually affects a sway, it's your overall diet as a whole that really matters.

Re breakfast - this we have tracked and while it does seem to help, it's not a dealbreaker. Lots of people have chosen to add in breakfast for work or exercise. Personally, I always had a breakfasty cheat in the morning, coffee with real sugar and milk in it, and I got a girl doing that. '

So do what you can, but it's the overall big picture that really matters and not getting everything 100% exact all the time. :)

I feel like I'm not very strict on a lot of things but I have been pretty much not doing breakfast or delaying it per se. Normally I would eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up but now if I have any breakfast type foods I wait 3-4 hours before eating. Maybe I will start eating a little bit on the weekends so I dont feel so left out.

This is the schedule that worked for me. But if I was out and about (I love Starbucks and would sometimes get a donut or if we had family stuff), I would eat b fast (just not eggs and bacon).

7-7:30 - wake up
7:30-8 - have 1-2 iced coffee with a little whole milk and maple (I just couldn't give it up and it made me not hungry in the morning)
12ish - lunch
5-6 - dinner

No snacking. So it gave me a long chunk of time between dinner and my next iced coffee.

Just pushing it back a little is all you need to do. Nothing inherent in breakfast foods that sways blue, it's just we're tring to extend that overnight fast a little longer.

I also HATE skipping breakfast! Someone suggested eating an earlier dinner/skipping dinner and eating breakfast. Works so much better for me. I still have that "fasting" time but don't have to skip breakfast!

:agree: Shannon this is also perfectly fine to do. It is just that the majority have foudn it easier to skip breakfast.
