Hello ladies! I am doing a light girl sway, as I was making myself a nervous wreck trying to change so many things previously, that I decided that in itself was not helpful at all, and that honestly and truly a healthy baby is my only concern at this point =) I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old (boys!) and had a missed miscarriage in October. This month (December) will be our first month actively able to try again as I had a period and my hcg levels are FINALLY 0! Yay!
My main question is this: If I switch from prenatals to just folic acid tomorrow, will that automatically start "swaying" or does it take time to get other vitamins out of my system? I haven't taken any vitamins in three days because I ran out and I just picked up some folic acid instead of the vitamins today.
Also, I am doing a "light" version of the LE diet. Huge changes for me are: Only 3 meals a day, no red meat, fasting time of 12+ hours between dinner and breakfast, increasing calcium. I am not being hard on myself to follow this as it causes me a lot of anxiety lol which is not good. I have only lost about 3 pounds in the last month, but honestly the miscarriage caught me off guard and food was the last thing I wanted to worry about. I'm a little more adamant about it now!
I can't do exercise so unfortunately that is out, but we are sticking with one attempt.
Since i'm throwing it all out there...my face has been breaking out REALLY bad lately. Like since I went off bc 4 months ago, but now after my miscarriage it's awful! Somebody told me this means high testosterone. Any ideas?
Sound like it is okay? or is doing something this "light" of a sway not even worth it? Thanks and good luck you all with your pink dreams!!
