Hi all! Hoping for some input on my chart. This is cycle 8 ttc. My digi opks have always been spot on almost always day b4 o and one cycle day of o. My cm is very consistent and always changes to post o type after o (thick, pasty lotiony type) which it has. This cycle I don't appear to have a temp rise :(. My temp on cd15 is very unreliable unfortunately. I'd taken my temp over an hour before usual temp time and it was from memory 36.42 but I'd been mouth breathing I'm sure as well? However I fell back asleep after a long while for at least 45mins before temping again (now after my usual time) and used this temp instead but I had pulled a blanket on me too. So that's what I mean by unreliable :). My usual post o temps range from 36.5 - 36.90 (lowest and highest) and now what I thought was 3dpo my temp is still well below my usual lowest post o temp. I understand pregosterone is what increases your temp and if my readings are so low I'm guessing my body couldn't support a pregnancy anyway :( Last cycle I experienced a fall back rise for the first time since charting which i know can randomly happen but now this!! Hard to not feel this cycle is a bust :( Any input or shared experience would be very appreciated :) thank you :)28945

Just had a response from a dear friend on here that perhaps I've been open mouth sleeping but closing just before waking up which could explain the lack of temp rise :)

Don't give up yet--could be a fallback/slow rise, but if tomorrow's temp is still low, make sure you're still getting attempts in just in case your body didn't quite get there and release the egg.

This chart looks to me like you have not ovulated yet.
I wonder if you geared up to and then it didn't happen, so your CM changed back to infertile again. This DOES NOT mean the cycle is is a bust, not at all. It just means keep testing, and/or do every 4 days to be prepared when the egg shows up.

I don't think you have ovulated yet. Like AS says, your body can gear up to O, but then not. This has happened to me on monitored cycles. So hang in there, you still have a chance this month, stick to your plan!

I think your temps are unreliable this month due to your mouth being open. I would go with your instincts. It seems very unusual for you not to O when the monitor predicts and you are getting the normal post O cm change.
I'm fully aware the body can gear up to O as mine does that but I don't think it is the case here.

Just a quick update! My temp this morning is finally in my usual post o range hooray!! I suspect I'm 4dpo and either had a slow recovery from fall back rise or had slept mouth open on one or more days during this time. Thank you so much everyone for your input. If my temp drops again I'll start retesting with opks :)http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12/17/fb13b8983c4460a6445124545d6b5ad1.jpg
