20week scan- is this a potty shot?

My cousin did a 20 week scan, and she got the captured files in a CD, but wasn't told the gender. (She didn't want to know then but is curious now).

I went through her pictures and the only possible potty shot is this. Doesn't really look like the general ones though so I'm posting for help.

Is this a potty shot(and a penis)? Or is it the heart or the brain or whatever else part of the body?

Any insights appreciated!!

Might be a potty shot but those circular dark patches don't add up, I am no professional of course :-/. If it is a potty shot than that bit sticking up may be just the umbilical cord.
