I wasnt officially doing the diet but my normal food intake was quite similar, roughly 1800 calories, not much meat, similar food choices.

His diet was the same as mine, we dont eat a lot of meat.

I couldnt skip breakfast but I waited until there was roughly a 12-14 hr gap between dinner the night before and breakfast.

I got the results back from my Harmony Test yesterday and it says GIRL!!!! I am in total shock :bigsmile: I am freaking myself out thinking the test could be wrong lol

well once I looked into what the diet consisted of, I realised alot of it lined up with what I just normally eat. I tracked my calorie/fat/protein intake for a while and without cutting anything out it mostly stayed within the range of LE diet. So I didnt really ever do it for a certain amount of time, I was just already living like that. I took 50mg of Clomid on days 2-6

well the instructions say that usually 3gms is enough but I was already a bit nervous about using it (i didnt want it to counter the pink sway effect of the clomid) so I think I ended up using only 1.5-2gms. and I did use the applicator but I started slowly pulling it out as I emptied it so not all of it was right up inside. if that makes sense :P But I did chat with atomic after and she recommended not to use the applicator as it might be too much pre-seed. At that point though, the deed was done so I couldnt change my plan lol doesnt matter now anyway, obviously I didnt use too much that it stopped my pink sway :P
