Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
March to Aug - strict le diet, strict vegetarian.
Aug to Nov - af to o strict le diet, o to af no monitoring nutritional intake. Still skipped breakfast, stuck to two meals a day but ate pretty much whatever I wanted.
Nov to Dec - not on the le diet at all. Still skipped breakfast but ate whatever twice a day - no monitoring nutrition and can guarantee I was over many days but others would have been under.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
64.2kg/Bmi 21
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I had lost 10-12kgs prior to starting le diet back in March. I lost another 8-10kgs on le diet. My lowest le diet weight was 62.4 back in August so even though I completely stopped diet by the time I got my bfp I had only put back on 1.8kg so I cant have gone too overboard

Had been using a 'forelife' sperm friendly lube previously. This cycle was able to order preseed and it arrived in time for our last two attempts.

This was our first cycle trying doggy style, all other attempts were missionary. I stayed in bed for at least half an hour with raised hips and also turned onto my tummy as well.

Salt lamp beside the bed (the bulb blew in November lol)

No, but I did wear only pink or mostly pink knickers the week of and including o day hahaha!!

Things worth mentioning:
Technically I was not swaying this cycle that resulted in my bfp. I had stopped trying to conceive a girl and had started just trying to conceive. I had no chance at a girl at all if I didn't get pregnant. I said to a very good friend on here (prior to bfp) that in a weird twisted kind of way I'm glad I didn't conceive in the first 6 months as my perception of GD and what it personally meant to me had completely changed. Going into this cycle I knew with absolute honesty that I would be just fine about having another boy. I had started out this journey desparate for a girl and now I know I will be just as happy with another boy. Its the first cycle I completely let go of everything and voila!!!! BFP!!!
