Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Due to medical issues I have and needing protein in order to stay healthy I did not completely cut out meat but decreased my protein intake and only at small amounts of chicken and fish.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I started LE in April 2014 so was on LE for 1yr and 3months before tcc.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes

Yes
