sorry about the late reply to your question maiden to mother. My diet over the last couple of years was girl friendly as in I didn't eat breakfast nor did I snack very often. But in terms of being on the LE everythibg diet it was for about 3 months and strict in the last month. I found in the last month I was starting to struggle health wise with the lack of nutrition and salt. Hope this helps.
