Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
It was around Christmas and I was eating a ton of sweets (handfuls of M&Ms for breakfast and brownies for lunch)
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Didn't really have a consistent diet; wasn't planning on getting pg and was all over the place with food. I had relaxed on calories and gained about 5 lbs more than I usually weigh over the last few months with the intention of losing weight after new year's.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH is a still into working out (sigh) and drinks an enormous amount of caffeine per day and consumes a ton of protein.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I was drinking a ton of caffeine - 1 coffee + at least 2 diet sodas a day
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I have limited meat over the last few months and started eating more pasta b/c I was growing sick of it.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
weight was 150 lbs (sigh again) and BMI 22.8
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was not working out at all and was feeling pretty low about my extra pounds.

we used lube - "Wet" brand. I was supposed to O on Christmas Eve (based on 28 day cycle), but I O'd one day before (was expecting that could happen - O mostly on CD13). I know we BD'd on O day, but can't remember other days. I'm thinking we didn't DTD any other time in my window, but could be wrong.

We weren't trying to get PG and were relying on Fertility Awareness Method. Leading up to O day (around 5-7 days ahead), we would either not BD or DH would pull out. I can't really remember all the days we BD'd, but I'm pretty sure we BD'd on O day only, but not confident. DH swears up and down he didn't screw up and I don't think he did either. He thinks I had my cycles screwed up but I am positive I did not.

Had been very sick for a month (first strep, then terrible cold, then sinus infection) and was taking Motrin regularly for pain - had to take every 8 hours for like a week leading up to and after O day

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was very sick at time of O and had been for about a month. I had strep in November, then the week before Christmas I came down with one of the worst colds I've ever had. I had felt like I had been hit by a bus for a month. On top of it, I had gone to the dr. office on Monday for the kids and 2 of the 4 had ear infections and the night before O, my 1 year old came down with the stomach bug and threw up many times that night. The other 3 kids picked up the stomach bug on Christmas eve too on top of their ear infections and cold. So being sick was my big sway factor. I am also about 90% positive that this is a pull out baby (LOL), but there is a slight chance we DTD about 5 days before O. I was also really sleep deprived being up all night with sick baby, myself being sick, and the other kids sick too.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I can't remember the days that we BD'd leading up to O. I know 100% the day of O was pull out, but I'm not confident when the other last time was and am second guessing when we last BD'd. I have been pretty strict that we not BD unprotected well in advance of O (have been following for about 8 months). but I'm just not confident if we might have DTD unprotected too close to O day. At least if we had, the earliest would have been 5 days before O.
Weight gain is a concern and not working out. Diet was really bad
Things worth mentioning:
DH and I had been talking a lot about whether we wanted to stop at 4 or go on for one more. I had been praying about it for months and put it into God's hands. So, I feel very strongly this is meant to be. I am very content with my four boys and feel very blessed. I am very excited that I get another opportunity to have one last baby and want to cherish every moment.
