Sounds pretty good! Are you counting cals and grams of fat and protein?

As long as you're diligent about using MFP for a couple weeks until you get the hang of it , and you're within the desired boundaries, you're good!

Nice job ladies! I've had a raw fruit & nut bar and a big bowl of spelt granola (not fortified) & puffed rice with 330ml whole milk, and ill be making a cheese & tomato frittata with whole eggs here in a bit. I might have some boiled, buttered potatoes & steamed broccoli too, or another 1-2 bars, depending on how I feel. If I need extra cals I'll have a creme brulee, my weekly treat!

I loooove creme brulee, pudding, creme caramel, pots de creme etc could eat them all day! I am an organic/biologique health nut but also gourmand. I love oats but since they sway blue I eat spelt instead. For some reason the Germans are really into spelt, it's a super trendy health food here. The German word for it is 'Dinkel' lol!

I have 2 or 3 meals depending on the day, probably 2 meals 40% of the time. I rarely snack, only if I'm so hungry I'm nauseated (sometimes happens in the middle of the night if I've had trouble falling asleep). If I need extra cals I add food to my last meal of the day, I don't have it as a snack. What I add depends on how much fat/protein I've had. I usually am borderline too low in protein and borderline too high in fat. Sometimes I go over my fat limit a bit, but not too often and I try to eat less fat the next day in compensation.

I should note that I get slightly anemic when vegetarian so I eat a moderate serving of red meat once every 6w to prevent that. Iron pills don't work for me for some reason. And I have a moderate serving of chicken maybe every 8w as a treat, but keep it in my totals.

Yes I would always add any extra calories to a meal normally dinner as by 6pm im very hungry from my 12noon lunch!
As I sit here with a tummy full of Cous Cous I think I may have eaten too much haha!!

I tend to go over my protein more than fat without realising I think it's due to the amount of cheddar cheese I eat I think I'm going to swap this for cream cheese instead as lower in fat etc

Maiden that is a funny word dinkle it means something else in England [emoji6]

Yes that's why it's so funny to me! Hehe.

I think fullfat cream cheese is actually higher in fat than cheddar, but has less protein. I eat mostly cheddar (British, can't get American here sadly, I really miss Vermont style extra sharp!), gruyere/comte/appenzeller/emmentaler (hard, sharp flavoured cheeses from France/Switzerland, I'm not a big fan of German cheese, too bland), and cream cheese/creme fraiche. I get most of my protein from cheese & milk, a little from nuts in my bars and from grains. I eat eggs pretty rarely bc of all the nutrients in whole eggs, egg whites alone too boring (though I could eat the yolks alone!). I really dislike anything low fat or worse fat free that naturally contains fat, so I almost always eat fullfat dairy just in moderation.

This is a great thread! I am in the UK. Yesterday I was slightly over on my fat. I usually have a bagel with a little cottage cheese plus some green grapes and white chocolate for lunch, followed by either pasta and veggies or risotto and veg for dinner, often with a couple glasses white wine and some haribo (no fat or protein, just sugar!). Had a lapse on Tuesday though, so I'm trying to be very good for the next few days and stay at the bottom end of the limits.

You are def. eating the right kinds of foods on your diet, if you're sticking in the limits then that is all great. Please keep in mind that you do NOT include protein, fat, or calories in any low carb veg, and in fruit and higher carb veg (sweet and starchy) then you count ONLY cals. Since MFP is tracking that data and it does count them, that actually means you may be able to eat more because you shouldn't includ those in your totals.

Peppermint tea, like vitex, should be AF-day bfore O or CD 14 or positive OPK whichever comes first. Pep tea can delay O if you continue it all cycle

In what was are you worrying about the cal-mag supps?? Can you clarify?? Not taking them, or taking them? I got my 3rd and 4th boy taking them and dropped them and got a girl. :p
