So, my attempt is finally upon me and now I keep thinking I should wait until February.... I think I'm just nervous though. Tell me how my sway looks please :-)

I started out on IG. I did the IG diet from mid October until first week of December. I did not count calories, protein or fat. I did not exercise. I was strict though, only meat I had was chicken and I followed their cookbook pretty well. I did make slight modifications at times but looking back now all I was doing was making it more LE without realizing. I was taking the recommended doses of cal, mag, cran, folic acid and sp. I always skipped breakfast but I did eat scrambled eggs often.

I started snooping around Gender Dreaming more right before December. Read much of Atomic's research and essays and basically converted. I immediately dropped the calcium, magnesium and cranberry. I cut out meat (though i did cheat on christmas) and started tracking my intake on my fitness pal. I also began an hour of cardio 5 to 6 days a week. When I first started the cardio though the first 2 weeks it was more like 4 days a week because my 2 year old had to get used to the gym daycare and I was often called to leave early... so it was a bit unmotivating to go some days :-/

I added Vitex. My cycle stayed the same. I was only on vitex for one month. So probably didn't matter but eh oh well. I am on CD 6. AF only lasted a full day. Since it ended I have done a finger of aci jel at night before bed. I am on day 4 of Clomid. I am using it for swaying purposes only. I understand this is controversial but it is what I have chose to do. Maybe that makes me a fool, so be it.
I also understand that acijel and clomid may not go well together, if I get bfn this month I will drop the jel next month.

We will do one attempt at positive opk. Dh is doing nothing to sway. But we are doing FR. He is a cage fighter and extremely active person. He lifts a ton of weight every day, I have no doubt his T levels are high.

So now, should I wait til feb? Am I good to go? Did I leave something out or am I doing too much?

I appreciate your advice.

Oh and weight loss.

I started in October at 116/117 lbs. I am now 110 lbs. I am doing everything I can to not lose more weight. But I will add that my size is normal for me and I have NEVER in my life had a BMI over 18.5.

You CANNOT waste a month on Clomid. Your sway looks quite good, I'd absolutely attempt just as you've outlined. Nice plan!

Oh keep in mind you can't start using OPKs until 3 days after your last Clomid dose, or you can get false positives. So if your last pill is CD7 start OPKing on CD11, for example. Good luck!

I forgot to ask, should I include an antihistamine as well or would that just because over kill?

I know I'm not Atomic but thought I'd chime in and say no don't bother with an anti-histamine if you're on Clomid. Clomid alone dries up CM enough and I think adding an antihistamine is overkill. You need some CM for those swimmers! ;) When you're taking Clomid, it's important to get pregnant as quickly as possible. Best of luck to you!!!

No antihistamines for exactly the reasons ksmom explained.

:agree: with Maiden, once you've taken Clomid, you have to attempt. It's already decided.

I think things are looking great and wishing you all the luck in the world.

No antihistamines. They aren't working anyway and will just cut odds of concepiton with Clomid + one attempt.
