I've been drinking sugar free red bulls and Monsters but recently just realized they have a ton of B vitamins
Niacin 100%
Vitamin B6 100%
Vitamin B12 100%
Pantothenic Acid 100%
And also the taurine, panax ginseng, l-carnatine, guarana, glucurinolactone...
Is this too nutrient-rich?

Is coffee a better option?
What's everyone else doing for caffeine that is using caffeine?

Way too nutrient rich! Coffee, caffeinated sodas, and caffeine pills are good options. Just be careful with dosage of pills as they can be quite strong. Most ladies use the first 2 options, coffee especially as it's almost calorie free.

I drink 2 -3 strong black coffees every morning. It helps me survive skipping breakfast!

Ditto on the black coffee. I can't get through the day without it. lol There's also full sugar soda but that needs to be treated as a meal and there's diet soda too which is calorie free.

:agree: While I have found energy drinks to sway blue for DH, nutrients don't seem to matter as much for him as they do for us.

I prefer you guys just stick with coffee. It's working, and we have to keep in mind it may not even BE caffeine that's swaying. It may be something in the coffee. BEcause I got all boys with tea (which I was getting plenty of caffeine with, I"m sure) and with my girl, both DH and I were doing coffee.

Is full sugar soda suppose to be with a meal?

Yes, ideally always.

What about normal cups of tea ladies? I cannot drink coffee because it does something to my stomach and I end up with diarrhoea (sorry for tmi, but this has always been the case for me). I have cut down to just two cups of tea (with full cream milk) per day - is this ok for girl sway? My DH tends to drink more coffee. Thanks. :)

Tea seems to sway boy and that's what the boy swayers are drinking. I got both my boys drinking tea only, no coffee at all. I've since switched to daily cappuccinos made with 2 shots of espresso.

I would try to drop the tea completely except maybe a cuppa once or twice a week, but if you can't just do the best you can! Even just down to one cup daily is improvement, what you've managed already is improvement! Every little bit sways pink.

Wow! That is sooo interesting. I will start going to one cup of tea per day and see how that goes. I also have some decaf tea bags I can use plus milo and hot choc. Maybe the week of our attempt I can skip tea altogether? I used to be a 4 X per day cup of tea drinker and still got one girl in the mix. But I am desperate for another girl this time, being my last time, so I will do whatever I can to help make that dream come true. Xx

I can't tell anyone "yes ok" or "no it's not". All I can say is that our results seem to indicate that coffee is "pinker" and that is one thing I def. changed from my boys to my girl, I always drank tea when I got my boys, and got my girl with DH and I doing coffee.

Of course, lots of people in England and China and all around the world have gotten girls while drinking tea. I'm jsut talking about optimizing chances and I think coffee is better, that's all.

thats so interesting about DH and energy drinks..... my husband loves that stuff lol he will not be happy , since he already had to limit his beloved bacon for breakfast. :) I'm not a fan of coffee but just saw caffein pills are ok my DH takes NO-DOZ. do you think that would be any good for myself ? if yes how many do you guys think i should take. i never drink coffee or tee only coke maybe 3 cans a week sometimes less.

I don't think Atomic recommends taking caffeine pills as we really don't even know what it is about coffee that sways girl. It may not even be the caffeine as tea has caffeine too and sways boy. I'd stick to coffee. I don't like regular coffee which is why I do a cappuccino every day. Caffeine pills may totally be missing something that coffee has.

I use an Aeropress and basically do a double shot (2 scoops) of espresso for my daily cappuccino. I can't stand weak coffee or black coffee, so espresso it is. It's my daily serving of full fat dairy.

Oh Bugger! I can't drink coffee as even one cup gives me diarrhoea and upset stomach. DH drinks it quite a bit so hopefully that will help us out. I guess I will just have to cut down my cups of tea. At the moment I am only drinking two of those per day. Is that ok or should I cut it out altogether?

There is nothing blue friendly in bacon and DH ceraintly doesn't need to limit it.

RE the caffeine pills, we don't KNOW that caff. is what is swaying. It may be something else in the coffee. At any rate I do not want anyone to take anything beyond the dose on the box.

I cannot say if things are ok or not. I can only say what has seemed to get results. I"m sorry I know it seems a fine point to be made but I just don't like telling people "yes that is ok" when I can avoid it - because I don't know!
