I'm confused if I should look at the yolk sac being on the right side or if it's really on my left? I'm bad at the Ramzi guessing. I'm guessing boy if it's not flipped! Anyone have any clues or at least know how to tell me to work it? I read so much conflicting information about flipping or not flipping the image! Some say flip them all some say only abdominal or only vaginal. So very confusing!

It depends on the settings they are usung on the machine at the time if the image is flipped or not, not the type (trans or abd) that was done. It also depends on the angle of the wand. It's not easy to figure out just from a still picture.
