I'm addicted to Coke Zero. It's awful but it's true. Can I drink this while TTC for a girl? If so, would like 3-4 cans a day be OK (at most, usually like 1 or 2).
Thanks.

Phew!
Just an anecdote - but it does make sense to do the opposite of what I did for my two boys....for them (both times) I completely gave up coke zero (and caffeine/coffee) when 'preparing my body' for TTC.

It doesn't necessarily makes sense to always do the opposite of what you did when you conceived your boys, as often you can get boys DESPITE some pink sway factors in your life. There are just so many, many factors that sway, of varying strength, and EVERYONE has a mix of both pink & blue factors working for them regardless of what gender they get. Many we aren't even aware of and can't or shouldn't try to change. Don't worry too much about what you did when you got boys, just focus on the known pink sway factors, especially the big ones like diet, exercise, and one attempt which work for virtually everyone and will help the most to override any innate blue factors you can't change.
In this case...drinking diet soda/caffeine seems to sway pink.

While you shouldn't take the "do the opposite" idea too far, in this case you're right because caffeine, especially coffee, has gotten great results for us.
Carry on.

:agree: WSS!
Instead of do the opposite, do "what is working for most people most of the time" because if you do the opposite on things that may have been pink friendly to start with, you'll only undermine a good sway!
