Yeah, sort of. I haven't received my plan yet, but I've been doing my own research before I start the plan. I just read something about it and wanted to know if it's true. Now I'm worried, because I get obsessed with things very easily.

Yup unfortunately. Especially if it leads to trying to control things in our lives as much as possible. You may not be able to change your thoughts, but if you can restrain yourself from acting on them that will help a lot.

Ahhh great! I don't know how I'm going to do it, but I can try... especially dealing with work, the house, and the kids.

DON'T try to control normal things in your every day life. You CAN'T do it and people just end up stressing/obsessing MORE because then not only are you obsessing over the things you are normally concerned about anyway, then you're also stressing over stressing. You're like "OMgosh I gotta calm down I gotta calm down or my sway will FAIL" and THAT is the kind of thing that does sway blue.

The only reason why I mention anything about it is because I dont' want you guys launching into "Swaymageddon 2016" and treating swaying like this huge project that if only you do it "perfectly" enough you'll "win" or "earn" a daughter. That is a swaykiller. But I DO want you to continue to live your life normally and not go full on Howard Hughes and end up in a dark room peering at a computer screen thinking about swaying every second of every day because you're so scared of "stressing" that you end up stressing yourself out over it to the brink of insanity. :)
