Not 100 percent sure - boy or cord? Doubting my scan.

There is something wrong with my previous thread so I am reposting it:

Attached are stills from my 22 week video. I can't find a clear classic turtle shot...Just the scrotum or something (cord?) Can I be sure this is a boy?
Also, here is the link to the entire video (poor quality which adds to my confusion).
