If milk is needed is soy or skim cows better?

I know garlic can raise testosterone something I really don't need so how much is to much?

Are all peppers unlimited? Mushrooms? There are a few different kinds are some better than others. Stir frys are kinda my go to over white rice. Peppers, white mushrooms, zucchini or squash, and wax beans with seasonings and soy sauce. Thanks.

Re: milk, soy is probably more pink than skim cow's milk IMO but both are pink friendly.

I know green beans, mushrooms & zucchini are unlimited, probably peppers too. Pumpkin squash you need to count, summer squash similar to zucchini you don't.

I did a lot of research on onions and garlic, which showed that onions don't matter, plus they're free. Only huge amounts of RAW garlic have been shown to raise T and only in men. Small-moderate amounts of cooked garlic should be fine.

Ooo is that so, re onions? I hope so! I've been cutting them out but they are so tasty and lift boring meals no end!

There are no magic foods, we have found. The idea that you should "eat this, not that" for a girl just doesn't seem to have panned out, you need to look at your overall limits of the day and eat foods that help you stick in those and that you enjoy.

Soy vs. cow's milk - this is one of the unknowns that I really do not have a straight answer to with some evidence pointing both ways. The old schoolers thought soy sways blue and stay away from it. When I look at the biology it seems like it probably sways pink, and I allow people without thyroid issues to have it in moderation 2-3 imes a week. Cow's milk is also ok to have, just don't go overboard with either one and have a gallon a day or anything.

I seriously, seriously doubt that garlic raises T levels in any appreciable way. MAYBE in a person eating 3000 cals a day on a Paleo diet, and weight training, adding garlic might make some miniscule difference, but I kinda doubt it. I leave it out in the LE Diet just because it isn't necessary but many people do continue to eat it and get girls doing so. I think dietary amounts of garlic are fine.

All low carb veg - mushroom, pepper, zucchini, green/wax beans are free and unlimited, no need to even count them. :agree: I know it flies in the face of the original thinking but we have found great success with people eating lots of veg and I no longer consider them to be a risk for a sway even in excess.

:agree: It's fine by me to eat them, that's one of those things that I was like, "if you don't need it, avoid" but I have never truly thought they made a difference. Too many people around the world are eating them every day as a staple.

I simply CANNOT cook without using onions, they are the base of virtually every savoury dish I make, and I love cooked onions so no way would I live without them unless I had to! Thus why I did all the research.

I do eat less garlic than I used to and very little raw garlic bc it's no great hardship, but obviously there have been women who ates tons of garlic and still had girls. Like atomic said there are no magic foods and not many that sway significantly either way. It's all about overall diet.

And just to offer the flip side, when I think about it, I didn't eat much onion when I got my boys. My husband didn't like them when he was in his younger days, and we didn't have them much til recently.
