Hey everybody! I am looking to sway in April...and coming over from IG. I have been researching on there for about a year but never really felt like the sway factors made sense on how I conceived my boys.
I have a 6 year old DD, 5 year old DS, 3 year old DS, and a 17 month old DS.
I have been reading on here for about a week and confused as to what the current best practices vs old info for conceiving girls.
Help me please! I would also love to find a sway buddy [emoji166][emoji177][emoji64]🏽[emoji175]

LE diet vegetarian style for at least 12w prior to first attempt TTC, longer is even better
60+ min (no less than 60!) of uninterrupted endurance cardio daily, can be as simple as power walking
Just ONE BD attempt at positive OPK or BD every 4 days if OPKs don't work for you
Clomid/Femara if you can get it
Supps: 1000-1200mcg folate, non-fortified fibre before fatty/nutrient rich meals, Olive Leaf Extract for DH, Licorice Root for DH
Both you and DH can drink alcohol (with meals in your case, no snacking)

That's what most of us are doing and is getting the best results.

Thank you so much! What are the best sources of protein without eating meat?

I was pretty surprised how much protein I consumed still after cutting out meat. Sources of protein for me are veggie patti, vegetarian refried beans, unsalted chicken broth I use for soup and bagels.

I get protein from egg whites, cottage cheese, quinoa (I'm doing PCOS version so I can have more whole grains) your protein limits on LE aren't that high so it adds up fast. Yay! So excited you are here ag0107! I'm only at the beginning of my sway too so I'd love to sway with you!

I get most of my protein from dairy and wheat, a little bit from nuts.

Hi maiden

Please tell me more about the "non-fortified fibre before fatty/nutrient rich meals"? Should we take fibre in supplement form or food form?!

thanks

In supplement form. I specified bc some fibre supps (especially the kind you mix with water) contain vitamins etc. I personally just use ground psyllium husks, 1-4 Tbsp mixed with water. I suffer from severe constipation due to pain meds so I need a lot! I take some after/between meals, too, particularly if I need more but don't want to absorb too many nutrients.

Yes, this has been part of the LE Diet since the earliest days of the site. Fiber supplements before any meal containing fat or fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, or K
