Hi there,

Does anybody know why my under eye keeps randomly twitching? I look like I'm going crazy haha!! It doesn't do it all the time, just for an hour or so each day.

Doing pcos diet and feel like I'm getting quite a balanced healthy diet to lose weight on.

Getting better sleep than usual also a ds2 is sleeping better so not overly tired!

Anybody got any ideas?

I've only had it happen due to sleep deprivation in university. I hope it goes away.

I suspect caffeine and alcohol if using that?? Caff. is number one cause, alcohol adds to it.

you should be getting enough potassium on Alt. LE Diet, right???

Hi there! Thank you for your replies [emoji3]

Yeah, might try less caffeine and see if that helps. Hopefully that will help. I think a guy standing next to me in a queue thought I was trying to wink at him lol!!

Isn't there a Seinfeld with that plot LOL?? Grapefruit in the eye and I think George was winking at people. :)

When was you last eye test? Are you looking at a lot of computer screens?
this happened to me a few years ago, it was down to eye strain, once I started wearing glasses it went away, not instantly but after a few weeks

Hiya, I had an eye test done a couple of months ago and everything looked OK,

The twitching appears to have gotten a bit better this last week or so, think I was overdoing the diet a bit and not getting enough potassium in.

Think my body is just craving a big juicy hamburger and fries and lots of snacks hahaha!! Droool X

I was reading the headline of your post and thought - eat a banana, then I saw your comment about potassium!

It's my go-to when I get twitches! Good luck. [emoji529]

remember cheating is allowed on LE - so have a burger when you have the opportuinity and see if it helps. :) even if just psychologically.
