When I was swaying:
12pm: Vegan burrito- tons of lettuce, black beans, corn, and salsa. I fried the tortilla closed with butter so I'd get some fat.
Or HUGE smoothie- water, bananas, full-fat greek yogurt (I was supposed to get full-fat since I was having trouble conceiving) and frozen fruit. It would make 32oz. worth of smoothie and kept me full so much longer than regular food did. I probably shouldn't have been drinking them though since I'm sure they were chock full of nutrients
6pm: ALWAYS noodles with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Sometimes I'd have smores or vegan cookie dough at 9pm if I felt like it.
I drank full sugar Mtn. dew with my meals to get extra calories. I know it was probably extremely unhealthy but by the time I had been on the diet for 6 months I preferred drinking as many calories as I could because I got too darn lazy to eat. That's probably why I did those huge smoothies too.
I only did the diet M-F and cheated like a crazy person on the weekend to keep my sanity (I had been on the diet for over a year by the time I conceived). My cheat days were actually not too bad though. I usually would just drink coffee all day with full fat milk and sugar with a fatty dinner those nights (I like my fatty foods). I just really enjoyed being able to sip on my coffee all day vs. having to only have it with meals.
Not the best food diary to go off of, but I was on the diet so long that I just got super lazy :/

Haha ok so just about everything!
Have you checked out the LE Diet section in the Dream Members forum?? There are some essays in there that are really going to help you like "quick fixes for diet disasters, the Guide to Potassium, myth of magic foods and best worst food guide" plus some other good and helpful stuff..
It is easiest for me to answer specific questions. It;s tough when I get very vague, all encompasing questions to be very helpful, without knowing more about what in particular you're really struggling on.
